Five-dimension averages are a market read, not a hurdle.

Misano

The M·03 block on misano.ai/statistics prints the average Market, Finance, Moat, Management, and Risk across every scored company. The page says it plainly: a read on the market itself, not on any one deal.

What the numbers are

  • The Score is a weighted average of five dimensions (0–100 each): Market, Finance, Moat (competitive advantage), Management, and Risk. How the Score is built: misano.ai/guides/how-the-score-is-computed.
  • The statistics page averages each dimension over every scored company in the real database (demo and test workspaces excluded). Live fields: scoring.market, scoring.finance, scoring.moat, scoring.management, scoring.risk at misano.ai/api/statistics.
  • Dated snapshot, 1 Sep 2026: Market 51, Finance 51, Moat 49, Management 50, Risk 67. Overall average Score (hero.avg_company_score) was 52. Live page: misano.ai/statistics.
  • Strategy Fit is a separate axis. It is not one of the five, and it is not folded into the Score. The JSON also exposes scoring.strategy_alignment as its own average.

How to use them

  • Read a company's dimension breakdown against the platform averages to see where it is strong or weak relative to the book Misano has scored.
  • Do not treat 51 or 52 as a pass mark. Your hurdle lives in your strategy weights and in Strategy Fit, not in the public averages.
  • Risk reads inverted: a higher Risk score means a safer company. In this snapshot Risk sits well above the other four. That is a skew in the analysed book, not a rule that every target must clear 67.
  • Weights are yours. Defaults put Finance heaviest; every strategy can reset them. Strategy Fit vs Score: misano.ai/guides/strategy-fit-is-not-the-score.

What this is not

  • Not a minimum Score to enter diligence or portfolio. The funnel and the 99% figure answer selectivity; the dimension averages do not. See misano.ai/guides/99-percent-filtered.
  • Not your workspace averages. They are platform aggregates across real scored companies.
  • Not Strategy Fit. Fit is 0–3 in Scout and a separate average in the statistics JSON.
  • Not individual company scores or valuations. Those stay private. Aggregates only, refreshed daily.

Frequently asked

01

What are the five-dimension averages on /statistics?

They are the mean Market, Finance, Moat, Management, and Risk scores across every scored company in the real database (demo and test workspaces excluded). Live JSON: scoring.* on misano.ai/api/statistics. Updated daily.

02

Is the average Score a hurdle I should use?

No. The averages describe the book Misano has analysed. Your pass mark lives in your strategy weights and Strategy Fit, not in the public means. On 1 Sep 2026 the average Score was 52; that is a market read, not a cut-off.

03

Why is Risk higher than the other dimensions?

Risk is inverted: higher means safer. In the 1 Sep 2026 snapshot Risk averaged 67 while the other four sat near 50. That is a skew in the analysed book, not a requirement that every target clear 67.

04

Is Strategy Fit included in these averages?

No. Strategy Fit is a separate axis and is not folded into the Score. The statistics JSON exposes scoring.strategy_alignment on its own. How the axes differ: misano.ai/guides/strategy-fit-is-not-the-score.
