Who we are

Misano is a software product provided by Point FM Services s.r.o., a Czech limited liability company (IČ 03213161, registered in Prague).

These terms govern your use of misano.ai, the Misano product, and any related services. By signing up, you accept them.

Your subscription

You choose a tier — Solo, Boutique, or Institutional. Each tier carries a monthly fee and a set of usage limits, both published on the pricing page.

Billing is monthly by default, with an optional annual cycle that gives you two months free. Stripe handles payments. VAT is calculated at checkout.

You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don’t charge cancellation fees and we don’t auto-renew you into longer commitments.

Your data

Your data is yours. We process it to provide the product. We don’t sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train AI models.

You can export your data at any time from the in-app export. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days in case you re-subscribe, then we delete it from production. Backups age out within 30 days.

AI processing

Misano uses Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI to process documents you upload and to generate scoring and theses. Neither vendor uses your API data to train its models.

Outputs (scores, theses, valuations) are model-generated. They are decision support, not investment advice. You remain the decision-maker.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Misano to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, or harm the service for other customers. Don’t attempt to extract our prompts, reverse-engineer the scoring weights, or resell access without a partnership agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these limits. We’ll tell you why and give you a path to fix it.

Uptime and reliability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, measured over the calendar month. We post incidents on the changelog. There is no formal SLA with credits today; if that changes, we’ll publish it before charging for it.

Liability

Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude indirect, incidental, and consequential damages to the extent allowed by Czech and EU law.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under EU consumer law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we’ll email you 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don’t agree, cancel before the effective date and the old terms govern until cancellation.
